Shipping

These tools ship from our supplier to your address. We email tracking when the carrier posts a scan. We do not quote an arrival day.

A packet can sit in US customs. That is outside this shop. Email us the tracking number and we will follow up with the shipper.

We do not offer pickup, local drop-off, or Israel warehouse shipping.

Returns

We do not accept returns to China. Do not mail the tools back.

If what you received is defective, never arrives, or is the wrong item, email us within 30 days of the delivery scan (or 45 days of the order date if there is no scan). We refund or replace. Keep the packet. We do not send a return label.

Change of mind is not refunded. Measure the portafilter before you order.

• 54 mm kit — 54 mm portafilters (Breville / Sage class). Matching screen is 53.3 mm.
• 58 mm kit — 58 mm portafilters. Matching screen is 58.5 mm.
• Group-head brush — one size.
